Velocity Energy Australia wishes to inform our clients, partners and stakeholders that the former director of the company, Mr G. Katehos, is no longer associated with the firm. They have no authority to act on behalf of the company or its subsidiaries in any capacity.
We are currently in a period of formal restructuring and are cooperating with relevant regulatory bodies, including the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC), regarding a series of internal governance matters and the unauthorised use of company assets and IP.
Our priority remains the integrity of our projects and the protection of our legal interests. Velocity Energy Australia remains open for all formal enquiries during this transition.
